STREAM stands for Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art and Mathematics. For some years now our country and our schools have been looking at our education curriculum and our schools to address the growing gap for those needed to work in the technology and science fields and those graduating from our schools without hard science education. In the public school the issue was addressed with STEM education programming. Catholic Schools are in a unique position to add a religion and art component making STEM now STREAM. Teachers are planning to incorporate STREAM into learning in new projects and old projects re-tuned!
